Stitching EarthON are registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (KVK) as a stichting under Dutch law, and we are committed to meeting the requirements of the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst) for ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) status, ensuring full fiscal transparency and accountability to our donors and the public

EarthON is a group of independent entities being set up across the world with an aim to support grassroots entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures building climate and livelihood solutions.

Our Board of Directors (Bestuur)

Stichting EarthON is governed by a Board of Directors. The board is responsible for the strategic direction, financial stewardship, and operational oversight of the foundation. Board members serve without remuneration in line with ANBI requirements

Sustainability and technology leader with experience building and scaling clean energy, PAYGO, and climate innovation ventures across emerging markets

Vinay Jaju

Treasurer

Co-Founder, ON Group and Founding Director of EarthON Foundation, with 18+ years of experience building clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and climate enterprises across the Global South.

Jeffrey Prins

Secretary

Philanthropy and impact investing advisor with 30 years of experience across foundations, government, and social impact organisations, focused on enabling partnerships that drive meaningful change.

Lauren Elizabeth Baker

Director

Deputy Director, Global Alliance for the Future of Food, with extensive experience in food systems transformation, agroecology, and climate-focused initiatives across philanthropy, policy, and research.

Governance: Stichting EarthON is managed by a Board consisting of a Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. There is no distribution of profits, and all decisions are made in the public interest.

Remuneration Policy: Board members are not paid and Only reasonable expenses may be reimbursed
